DEVICE  DESCRIPTION


The energy-saving device for granulator is developed based on the patent, a motor energy-saving technology based on three-phase sampling and fast response. This technology adopts the principle of step-down and energy-saving. According to the load monitoring technology, it can quickly sense the load size, generate a suitable trigger signal, and dynamically adjust the thyristor conduction. The size of the angle realizes the control of the voltage at the input end of the motor and dynamically tracks the load changes.
In this way, the motor can achieve high-efficient and energy-saving control under the condition of frequent and irregular load changes and large impact load. The actual application of active power energy saving ratio can reach 20-35%.
